The founders’ vision is best summarized in the following beliefs:

- ‘Arabian Sea’ will replace the ‘Caribbean Sea’ as the dominant boating holiday hub over the next two decades.
- Inland lakes, rivers and backwaters will become leading boating tourism destinations.
